  • Usage Data: When you check in, which classes you attend, how often you're training. Helps us understand what's working and what's not.

We're not collecting anything weird or unnecessary. If we ask for it, it's because we genuinely need it to provide you with better service.

Our programs are designed for adults and athletes aged 16 and up. If you're under 19 (the age of majority in BC), we need parental consent before you can sign up.

For minors, we collect the same type of information but we require a parent or guardian to:

  • Provide consent for the membership and data collection
  • Review and sign off on health questionnaires
  • Be listed as the primary contact and emergency contact

Parents can request access to their child's information at any time and can ask us to delete it if they want to cancel the membership.
