Started with a single idea back in 2017 - what if we could actually measure every second of progress? What if time itself became your biggest motivator?
Two former Olympic trainers, a cramped garage, and way too much coffee. Marcus and Jen had this wild idea that timing intervals down to the second could unlock something special. Started with just 8 members who trusted the vision.
Moved into our current Marine Drive location. Designed every inch ourselves - from the timing systems to the recovery zones. Finally had space for all the equipment we'd been dreaming about. Membership hit 200 and we knew we were onto something.
Yeah, we dealt with the pandemic stuff like everyone else. But it pushed us to get creative - added virtual training, outdoor sessions in the mountains, and honestly? It made our community tighter than ever. Added nutrition coaching and mobility work during this time too.
Invested in performance analysis tech that most pro teams use. Now we're tracking everything - power output, recovery rates, movement patterns. Sounds fancy but really it just helps us coach smarter and get you results faster.
Over 400 members now, 12 full-time coaches, and we're just getting warmed up. Expanding our athletic performance programs and yeah, we've got some exciting stuff planned for 2026. But honestly? We're most proud of the community we've built.

The tech wizard of the team. Alex can look at your movement data and spot issues before they become problems. Kinda quiet until you ask about biomechanics - then good luck getting him to stop talking.
Nutrition & Wellness Coach
Registered dietitian who actually gets that people have real lives. Rachel won't tell you to meal prep 47 containers on Sunday - she'll help you figure out what actually works for YOUR schedule.
Group Training Lead
The energy guy. Tyler runs our group classes and somehow makes 5:30am sessions feel like a party. Former track athlete who brings that competitive edge but keeps things fun. Warning: his playlists are dangerously good.
